Possible Causes:

  • The account is past due. Please log into your account via the customer portal and pay the full amount due. After making the payment your internet should start to work in a few minutes. If it does not please powercycle your router. A link to the customer portal is below.

  • The account has been suspended due to failure to respond to our requests to change your connection to PPPoE. Please give us a call at 1(530)210-9918 to restore service.

  • You are not an authorized customer. Please give us a call at 1(530)210-9918 to establish service.
